The concierge was very helpful. They were kind enough to tell us that the TV had been broken earlier by the previous client. Thankfully there are 2 TV’s in the vehicle. However, the vehicle had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our rental time. We ended up sweeping the back area just to tidy up for our guests riding in the back.
Also, there was still some dirty water from the previous client in the cooler. The vehicle had some electrical issues such as the sensors going off every time we stopped at a light, even if there was nothing in front of us. The sliding door didn’t close completely, which is a bit dangerous considering we had several people sitting in the back area. Lastly, we had connectivity issues when trying to play music.

We loved this party bus. My daughter and her friends enjoyed being shuttle in it. The only drawback was that the rear TV screen in the back was damaged before we picked it up and was not usable. I've attached a pic.
