Pickup was easy. The previous renter kept the vehicle 3 hours into my rental time, causing me to pick it up late. But the pickup process was easy.

The A/C for the back passenger area was broken, leaving rear passengers to deal with Texas and Florida’s heat the whole week we had it.

The electrical connections (12v and USB) in the center console for middle row seats did not work. Fortunately I had multiple portable batteries we could use for the trip to power our phones and tablets. An inconvenience though.

The van had a big TV but it was not working at all. The headphones for the DVD player didn’t work. And basically the entertainment part of the vehicle electronics were broken.

The tires are run down below their safety line, which was OK except the fact that unfortunately we had to drive through a tropical storm in Alabama and Mississippi on our vacation which meant we had to go really slow, so that we did not lose traction and hydroplane. Added a few hours to our drive. And could have easily led to a flat tire, we were lucky.

The truck had tons of rattles and a few broken cupholders. Further, the van doesn’t seem to have a lot of shock absorbance for people in the back and so it made them uncomfortable anytime we hit a bump.

The van also creeped and groaned a lot and made the ride pretty loud

The van was great for our trip to Denver, CO! We were able to watch movies and relax. Very comfortable and includes a hitch to pull a trailer for luggage. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Great rental and the hoat was awesome! Easy pick up and drop off and in a good location. We'd definitely rent this vehicle again.
