We rented the sprinter van to take to Lightning in a Bottle, a 5-day outdoor camping festival at Buena Vista Lake in Bakersfield, CA. The cargo area is massive and was extremely useful in transporting the camping gear for 5 people. The van stayed parked the whole time but provided an exceptional space to escape the heat and windy dust storms.
The host was super kind and gracious and pickup was very easy. A different host was there to receive the van upon drop off and warned that we might be charged a fee because of the dust in the van, regardless that the manual said to not wash it- just make sure to remove all the trash (which we did) . Had the manual said to wash the interior we certainly would have.
In spite of this, the first host we dealt with and the van itself deserve 5 stars and I would recommend their rental, just heed the warning about cleaning it upon return.
