Matthew was the most ideal host. I had a last minute need and he came through when I needed it the most. From start to finish the communication was over the top and he was always reaching out to make sure that the ride was going smooth and just reassuring me if I need anything to not hesitate and reach out.
Would highly highly recommend Matthew and again and will definitely use him again in the future if something comes up. Would recommend to everyone and I can’t explain how great of a host he was. Need more people like him in this world!
Van was super clean when I picked it up and made sure to keep it clean when I dropped it off. He set expectations right away and the direction he gave were simple/ easy to follow for pick up and drop off.
