The host was very responsive when I reached out for more info on locating the van. The van itself could use more work such as AC & it slightly pulls to one side when driving it but it is a 2012 & it did serve its purpose in holding 10 of us plus our luggage. It got us around where we needed to go.

the van had every light on along with tire pressure being messed up, also had us in a van with low ac and had ants roaming with broken parts throughout the van
The car was returned, filthy smelling, like marijuana and liquor. I ask him to put the gas back where it was which was full. He brought it back, empty and refused to pay.
He was a very disrespectful, young man. Please do not ever loan him your vehicle. He cursed me and He shot the bird at me and took a picture and posted it on my trip photos.
Then he gave me a bad rating when I asked him to pay for the gas, which they had to force him to pay for it.

This van has major reliability and safety issues and should not be rented. I rented it for our family camping trip. The van was dirty and had an awful smell when we picked up but had no choice but to proceed with the trip because we had no time to cancel and book a different vehicle. It stalled as soon as we reached our destination and several times after that over the weekend and would not start back up without a jump from strangers or neighbors. There are also issues with the ties which we had to deal with before trying to get back home safely. The host was contacted several times but was not able to offer any usable solution and was not helpful or very concerned at all. He also didn't appear to be surprised that the van was having issues.
I would definitely not recommend.
Melissa was a very needy guest she brought the vehicle back late and was upset for a battery problem.
Which I correctly she didn’t want to return it at the pickup location.
It was dirty not like she found it and wanted a free rental and gave me a bad review.
I normally don’t respond to negative comments however she should never be allowed to rent on this app.
Brought the vehicle back empty no gas.. From the beginning put up a good front then charge when it was time to pay for service.
