Requested car wash before drop off but water leaked in trunk during car wash and soaked belongings in the trunk.

Excellent, excellent car; it was fantastic for our trip. The owner of the vehicle was incredibly amazing, reliable, easy to hold and connect with, and they were so nice from the beginning when I received the first welcome message. The van was not as I expected. It had a really old smell by husband had to put air fresher and laundry dry sheet to take away the smell for my 5 month old and my 3 years work. The van also over heated when we was coming back from our trip and we had to stop every hour which was very inconvenient for my kids. The owner was very nice by responding to our call and text message. I would rent from him again but not that van may b something else.

We apologized for the inconvenience of you having to stop twice as it was out of our control and is being fixed immediately. You mentioned nothing about a smell to us and we have had zero problems with smells. We were kind enough to NOT charge the extra $497 in extra miles and yet you still left a low review. We would NOT rent to you again.
