Communication was good. The van had some issues. A/C did not blow cold at all. The A/C also cut out while I was accelerating to get on the freeway but came back on but not cold. The A/C Vents in the mid and back sections did not blow air at all, even when the knobs were adjusted. We have this same van booked for later in July and hope the A/C problem can be fixed by then. I did leave the dome lights on by accident when I returned the van. Inside lighting is pretty dim, so I needed it to see that I got everything out of the van. Thanks.
