This is a great van. Very good condition, very clean. Van is equipped with hooks and bars so you can tie your cargo down which is very useful. The floor is lined with vinyl, which was great for not scratching the furniture that I was moving. The host is very responsive and flexible. I would definitely rent this van again if I need one.

i was very disappointed un the dependability of the van to start i axtually jad to calk a fruend ti five a jump at 5 in the morning after trging to start it for 2 hrs on my own . No understanding as to what would drain a battery ti where not even the flashers would come on.then an hour into wairing the flashers just start functioning. there was an audible rumble just prior to the flashers coming on but then it all went dead again ... mind you i was doing nothing beyond turning the ignition key , foot on break foot on gas... my friend failed to show seens hed fallen asleep bur i asked a city work crew but they had ni cables... i was about to walk home and see whqt to do when alas i turnes the igniriin and it started not robust but it did start. i was anxious every time i was stopping and turning off the engine.. it never did that again tho there were a couple strained startings.... i enjoyed the ride but that sense of uncertainty was a real drag

Thank you for your feedback. I’m not sure what went wrong but when we get to the van to do final inspection there was nothing wrong with it.
