Air conditioning does not work well and then otherwise everything was good
Hello Heidi, we know it could appear that the AC does not work well. However it is fully operational and cools entire cabin down! It’s a large van in the Texas heat it just takes time. It’s like trying to cool down an entire room with one fan! We hope to see you around again soon! (We hope for some colder weather too!)

The back AC doesn’t work so we had to rely on sharing the ac from the front driver / passenger.
We were told to drive 15/20 mins for the back to cool off but with x amount of people needing the back ac to work was quite crucial. Especially if kids are involved. Wish I had known this issue before the rental!
The 3rd and 4th row is tough to feel air especially with this outside temp rising. Other than that the car was spacious and did its job.
Hello! The AC is fully functioning and has been checked by certified mechanics. They’re large vans in the summer time. They are BIG vans which means there is more space to cool down = more time to cool that space.
