I will definitely rent with them again. The whole transaction from pick up to delivery was seamless. And most importantly, the car was well maintained, drives smooth !.

Service was perfect. Helpful host. Van is a little old and with a very basic arrangement. No Apple Car or Android Auto. Basic cleaning was acceptable, anyway seats’ upholstery with some very obvious and dated stains. The upholstery should be thoroughly cleaned.

Hello! The vehicle listing states no Apple CarPlay. The vehicle is not old it’s only a 2020 as the listing states. The seats are consistently steam cleaned and disinfected between rentals. There are only a few marks that are impossible to visually remove.

Air conditioning does not work well and then otherwise everything was good

Hello Heidi, we know it could appear that the AC does not work well. However it is fully operational and cools entire cabin down! It’s a large van in the Texas heat it just takes time. It’s like trying to cool down an entire room with one fan! We hope to see you around again soon! (We hope for some colder weather too!)
