The truck had a small shake when we picked it up and then it got so much worst with a bad tire. Had to change the tire on our vacation

Hello Maricela! We take our vehicle maintenance very serious here at OTL Rental.
It appears that the damage to the tire mentioned above was due to some form of road hazard. During our inspection pre-trip no issues found with tires or shaking. Tires can go bad by potholes or other objects on the road. We informed you of this over the phone and even with proof that our tires were in great condition FULLY reimbursed you for the cost of the new tire. We hope you come back and see us again!
Pickup location was fine. Ive rented with this host exactly one year before, but this rental experience wasn't the same as the last time. When I got on the freeway and reached 55 miles an hour, the front end was shaking really bad. I just returned the vehicle within 20 minutes of my pickup. The host offered to have vehicle fixed on my time, but I didn't have the time to get it done, and later, I reached out to him to pick up my trailer hitch I left on his vehicle and he never responded. Turo refunded my rental fee.

Hello! The van is in excellent condition and passed a maintenance inspection.
Turo informed us not to respond due to towing (and the hitch) being a safety concern in regard to Turo policy which states you are not allowed to “tow” during a rental.
We apologize for any inconvenience however towing is not allowed per Turo.
