Vehicle was very reliable and spacious for a family trip the host was very helpful in any questions or concerns I had and responded quickly I would definitely recommend and will be renting from them again thank you !!

The car I originally booked got cancelled by the host last min and so they had this van instead as a replacement which I had to pay more for and it was not a good car. AC was not working well, van was old, and it can barely keep up to speed. It was not comparable to the vehicle I initially rent and the fact that i had to pay more for it sucked as well. Other than that, the positive side is at least I had a van to drive for the weekend.

Hello, Turo said the price matched the swap! We had no idea you paid more. We will make this right immediately. The vehicle is in fact newer than the original booked vehicle. It’s a larger version and therefore takes longer to get up to speed. We double checked your AC concern and found nothing wrong. Maybe not using the rear AC controls way at the top above the rear view mirror? We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have had. Let’s handle this price difference that Turo issued.
