Older van, has stains. Over 100k miles and starting to show it’s age. The rear AC doesn’t work and the check engine is ON! they promised a credit for my inconvenience of not having AC or airflow for passengers and they ghosted me now. They are not a company I’ll want to do business with in the future.

Hello, I checked our phone logs and see that we have left you 5-voicemails attempting to get in touch with you regarding compensation for the inconvenience. Yes, the vehicle is older however the vehicle is fully serviced, cleaned and detailed. We would never willingly send off a vehicle with an AC issue. As we stated to you the fuse simply burned out and needed to be replaced. We even offered to drive out to you to handle it. You never responded to that solution.
