The van drove fine and was mechanically reliable, but the cleanliness was poor. It was dusty inside, contained old cigarette butts, and had a dirty windshield. Starting the rental with only 1/4 tank of gas was also a major inconvenience. I’d recommend the vehicle for its performance, but the rental prep needs serious improvement
Ok first of all, all my cars are being washed before each trip and that specific car has been washed that day in the morning.
Second of all there is no such law that the gas should be full, if you don’t wanna put gas in the for your driving, that’s your problem. If you have mental issue don’t rent cars. You’re the worst customer I’ve ever met. You’ve reported totally different thing to Turo and over here you’re writing a completely different thing!
