It was my first time renting on Turo, and I am not sure I trust the vehicles on here after this experience. Our van had new tires on front. Rear tires were very old and gave us trouble. I had to stop with van load of kids and have the spare tire put on because one of the rear ones started losing pressure on the interstate. The tire shop said the front tires and rear tires have mismatched speed ratings, which is unsafe to have on a vehicle. They did not want me to leave the shop with the tires on the van that we had, but I told them I was just trying to get 2 more hours down the road. They made me sign a paper saying they were not liable and had communicated the safety issues with me, and I left. Communicated all of this with the host, and he became nonresponsive to messages. I would appreciate some type of compensation for all the trouble. Van was nice otherwise.

Sergiy's van was awesome! Spacious, comfortable, and drove really well. It was just what we needed for our trip, and made everything so easy! Plus, he was very prompt and accomodating when I messaged him. Would absolutely rent again!
