I had an amazing experience renting from this host! They went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier. My flight was unexpectedly canceled, and instead of making me bring the vehicle back, they graciously came to pick it up from us. That level of customer service and understanding meant a lot during an already difficult day.
The communication was excellent, the vehicle was exactly as described, and the entire rental process was smooth from start to finish. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way they do. I highly recommend renting from them and would absolutely book with them again. Thank you for your outstanding service!

The car ran great, and accomplished the task. The host was super accommodating for drop off and pickup. Answered my calls right away.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because:
1. The van was delivered with only 40 psi in the front tires - the back 70 psi. Tire pressure required max 80 and we were driving 6.5 hours. That should be checked before renting.
2. The power ac adapter did not work. We tried swapping the fuse but that did not solve the issue.
3. The ac didn’t work very well so the drive home with the sun beaming was a hot one.
These are all minor things and the van ran great.
