Wow…. Reservar un vehículo por acá … es un riesgo muy alto, te cambian las condiciones a menos de un día de retirar tu vehículo!
Hi David, thank you for your feedback. For clarity, the vehicle you originally booked was unexpectedly extended by the prior guest, which was out of my control. I contacted you immediately and offered a larger GMC Savana at no extra cost, and you agreed to the swap so your trip wouldn’t be canceled. I always work to help guests when last-minute issues arise.
