The van itself was great, exactly as pictured, very clean and perfect for our whole family! The van deserves 5 stars. However, the host was dishonest and parked the vehicle 2 days prior to our trip starting which resulted in a large parking fee. He also declined our 2 hr rental extension request when our flight time changed. He attempted to blame Turo saying it was not his choice to make, so when I called customer service they informed me that that was not the case. They then called him directly and asked for the extension and he flat out declined.

Thank you for your feedback. A few important details were omitted. We reimbursed the entire parking fee, so there was no parking cost to the guest. The original trip was booked during a pricing error of approximately $500 off per day, which we honored for the full reservation, saving about $1,500. The requested extension was not denied; it simply would have been charged at the correct rate rather than extending the pricing error. You were told this by turo and refused to accept that answer.
Host was great! Vehicle Great! My family thoroughly enjoyed.
