The vehicle was in excellent condition and the host was very helpful. I challenges mostly around getting the cargo van electrical system charged. It was my first time using a vehicle that I need to charge a couple times and I would’ve appreciated more details about it on the webpage for using a charging system and understanding the computer display of the the van
