Cheap, super accommodating, host was phenomenal. The vehicle was just not in good condition because of its age and use. Nothing the host can do really besides maybe retire this one. But you get what you pay for so this is worth it for some people. The doors didn’t seem to latch well. Multiple seats are out in the back but it was clean for the most part. Thank you!

Cons:
- Car broke down a few hours into our trip leaving us waiting on Turo support/ tow truck for hours
- replacement vehicle smaller in cargo/ passenger capacity
- plate bulb out, resulting in getting pulled over 2x (driver responsibility in the state according to the officers) not host
- wheels/ alignment poor at best
- return parking disorganized

- host actually swapped out vehicle and delivered to our hotel
This was my first Turo experience and most likely my last as support from Turo is non existent when things go awry.
You were given a van 5 years newer than what you booked at the same rate because the one you rented had a problem which has been fixed. Seating capacity on all my vans are the same. Trunk was a bit smaller on this van but you knew i had nothing else available and still did your entire trip and never complained to me about it. I did not review you out of spite you didnt follow return instructions and did whatever you wanted to return the van. Not caring what problems it could bring me.

Adolfo was fantastic with communication. Vehicle was very clean. It worked out great for 8 people and all the luggage.
