Car was a little dated but served the purpose we needed. Hosts were very accommodating

We had an unfortunate debris incident on the highway that wasn't put fault and Jared was fantastic to communicate with about it and getting the issue resolved.

Good. Communication going between car provider and Turo was a little cumbersome. Would rather work through 1 central spot.
