The van was great and had everything we needed!

So first things first….the car was not the cleanest when I picked it up an had absolutely no oil..like NONE at all I drove down to Vegas and MIDWAY the oils light came on when I got down to Vegas. I checked the oil and it was bone dry!!!!! so I had to buy a couple quarts of oil to put in was took a little bit of time away from my vacation not acceptable an extremely dangerous for me and my family! The entire trip the brakes were squeaking like extremely loud. The alignment to the van was outrageously bad. I did contact the host about all the issues and he did reimburse me $100 which really wasn’t a reimbursement because I had to fill up the gas tank at the end of the trip which was $100 and I still had to pay for the oil which was $16 out of my pocket that I technically didn’t get reimbursed for….. overall it was a terrible trip. I’m just glad me and my family made it home safe.
