Nice, clean van. Surprising good on fuel mileage. Easy pick up and drop off. Very responsive renter.

Check in was very rocky, to no fault if the host. The app was having issues and i was stuck in the rain waiting to figure out how to proceed with the rental. The host was kind to offer to come verify my ID but worked with Turo to have things verified. I was soaked and angry as it had been an hour past my start time. The host kindly worked with me.
Im just happy I was able to make it to my mom's wedding as I was the coordinator.
