The website showed that the van had 12 seats when I booked it, but the owner later informed me that it actually had only 10 seats. This caused some inconvenience during our trip, as I had to consider whether I would need to arrange an extra car.

Also, when we had a flat tire, the van did not have the proper tools or socket needed to change the tire, which was another inconvenience.

However, I really appreciated the owner’s responsiveness. He replied to messages very quickly and was very helpful whenever we contacted him. Overall, despite the issues with the seating capacity and missing tire-changing equipment, the owner provided a good and responsive customer service experience

Overall, we had a great experience with this rental. The van was clean, spacious, and worked well for our family’s trip. The pickup and return process was easy, and the host was responsive and professional throughout the rental.

Unfortunately, the A/C blower began malfunctioning during our trip. I reached out to Juan and he was really helpful in trying to troubleshoot. He apologized, ordered a replacement a/c blower , and offered to make it up to us on a future rental.

While the A/C issue was disappointing, I appreciate the host’s communication and willingness to address the problem. I would consider renting from them again, especially knowing they are repairing the issue.

This Trip was Great along with space and Comfort and also clean…I enjoyed the ride the whole way through…I must say that Ben took care of me and my Family!

The van was nice minor scraps amd marks back a/C didn't work that well but overall it was nice. Thank you so much
