Van came in handy for our move! Alex was super easy to work with.

Van had damaged mirror the day of pickup, but owner communicated that en route to pick up vehicle. Van was not cleaned prior to pickup in exterior, in cab , and in cargo. Van drove smoothly and A/C was in working condition. Difficult finding parking in public city surface streets with larger van, had to wait sometime until curb parking became available.

Would rent it again the car worked great. Alex was very responsive and helpful.

Alex was an incredibly gracious host, allowing for us to pick up the van a bit early so we could get to a store in time, and also we had a personal issue on the way home and was understanding of our delay. He also had great communication throughout the process. The van ran great as well, easy to drive!
