The car pick up was smooth and easy , the car was perfect for a full family of 8 or more. The van road nice and smooth and we were all very happy and comfortable with the amount of room we had. It was a great 5 star experience from the very get go til the very end. Great hostess and responded with any questions in like 1-2 minutes flat. I would recommend them to anyone.

Loved the van! Owner was responsive the pick up and drop off was easy and makes it worth it since they have a shuttle pick you up and drop you off! We would rent again!!!

Awesome, the checkout and waiting for the shuttle then a 12 min ride to Lihue Airport was too much. Then I was accused of returning the rental van late and was told I’m gonna be charged a late fee when I was NOT late.
