The transmission went out on my family and I during my vacation ! i’m so upset my family missed Disney because of this.

When we arrived for pick up, Ms. Charlaine was unavailable & there were no instructions prior regarding the key or pick up. The van was dirty! The seats were dirty and the arm rests torn. As we continued to examine the van, we noticed several other things wrong. Besides several things torn, there was no headlight on the right side and when we tried to have a bulb replaced, the auto repair rep informed us he couldn’t replace due to damages caused to the electrical system because of the condensation from the crack in the glass. Now we were behind our schedule for the drive and still no headlight light. We also learned the back tail light and one of the blinkers did not work. It was too late to cancel our cruise trip so we had to drive the van all the way to Miami with one headlight, one brake light and one blinker, which can be very dangerous. Ms Charlaine was very apologetic and seems pretty kind, according to the times she finally responded, but kindness is not BUSINESS. This van should not be rented until it’s legal and appropriate enough for rental. My family and I were very disappointed to say the least. I will never rent from TURO again and especially not from Charlaine Mbayabo.
