Pick up was fairly smooth, we had a slight miscommunication but Deanna responded to my call through the Turo app quickly. The van had some defects but Deanna is planning to get them fixed asap. Our trip went smoothly, and we loaded our stuff with no hiccups. Will def book again! 🙂
