Alberto was the best host we could have hoped for. His communication was great, the van was clean and met our needs perfectly, and it had plenty of space for our very large group plus luggage. We were extremely grateful when Alberto swooped in to take care of an extremely stressful situation we found ourselves in in the middle of our trip (someone broke the window of the van and stole half of our luggage while we were having lunch nearby with our four young children). When I called Alberto to tell him what happened, he was extremely kind and told me to just worry about getting ourselves and the kids to the hotel and he would take care of the rest. He picked up the van, got the window repaired and the broken glass cleaned out, and had the van dropped off for us at our hotel the very next day. You can’t go wrong booking with Alberto, he’s seriously wonderful.
