The van got us through a two week National Park tour without many issues. Great experience.

The vehicle was exactly what I needed and reasonably priced, the owner was very communicative and tried to help with the problems that arose before and during the trip. Turo customer service is awful but my rating is not a reflection of that. While the vehicle met my needs and I was able and capable of navigating the problems that occurred, they were preventable problems due to improper maintenance. I am grateful the owner offered not to charge me for the 55 extra miles I used (mostly due to side travel for above mentioned maintenance issues) which equated to about $25. I’m happy with the overall experience of getting from point A to point B and back and the owner helped as best he could. I did not like Turo customer service’s “oh well” attitude about what I experienced.
