D’s vehicle was perfect for our trip! It fit our entire family, was super clean, and D was very clear in his communication for pick up and drop off. It was our first time using Turo. We would definitely use it again based on this first experience.

Amazing time, The Sprinter fan my family of 9 - with suitcases and extra luggage perfectly. We come to Orlando every year and we'll most certainly book this again

The host was excellent.The vehicle was excellent. Therefore, I deliver a five star review to the host only. But the problems we had at the airport were not. Istead of waiting 5 to 10 minutes for a shuttle, as we were told, we waited over an hour and therefore was an hour late in getting to the lot where the vehicle was parked and then spent about twenty minutes looking for the vehicle, which was not exactly in the spot we were told. I actually assumed that we had time from the time we picked up the vehicle until the time we dropped it off in the rental. Instead I see that there are penalties for being over an hour late. I am not at all happy with that. As a result, unless we have some leniency, from Turo, we will not be using Turo again. This was my first time using Turo and traveling as a family of eleven with lots of luggage, it was extremely hectic to shift everything around and handle everything and pay attention to every little detail of the Turo app.
