The van was okay shape however the alarm does not work on it. We know this because while renting the van, someone broke into the van by smashing the window and stealing all of our items. I tried contacting the host twice and they did not answer. Instead of having compassion of us being without ID/passports and card since everything was stolen, they responded with asking us to pay with a threat of using insurance through turo would affect my rating. Never once asked how we were. Then continued to blow up my phone the next day as we weren’t going through one of the worst experience. I would not recommend booking with them if you want any customer service.

We’re sorry your belongings were stolen. However, the break-in occurred during your trip and was outside our control. We followed Turo’s required claims process after the vehicle was returned with broken windows and damage that required immediate repairs before the next reservation. We regret the situation and wish you the best.

Perfect! Just as advertised with a few extra perks! She drove like a dream and the team was awesome in letting us borrow a cooler, some chairs, air mattress and blankets for no extra cost. We made sure to handle all w care. Multitool, phone holder for gps and three type charger were all clutch throughout the trip. The Van was perfectly clean inside and out and the communication was quick and efficient. It took us a minute to find the overheight parking at SEA, but other than that, it was perfect for a memorable trip! Thank you!

Spent a week soaking up the PNW on my anniversary trip in this van. It was a fantastic experience; perfectly set up for what we needed. Host communication was clear and professional
