What a great vehicle to check out Washington in🤟 plenty of space for overnight camp as well as hauling thing in general!! Will definitely use again😎

The car was much larger than I realized and had messaged the host days before the rental date if I can cancel and they wouldn't so I had to drive the van anyways . Returning the oversized car to the airport was very difficult as there were not very good instructions and so evened up driving around the airport a few times before figuring it out causing a delay in the return . When renting such a large vehicle there should be better instructions . The van itself was very clean but was not happy with the host . I had major anxiety attack while renting such a large vehicle. I contacted both Turo and the host to cancel at a reasonable time before hand and there so no resolve only I would lose the 550$ .

Thank you for your feedback. This reservation was booked under Turo’s non-refundable option, which offers a discounted rate in exchange for stricter cancellation terms. Unfortunately, a change in travel plans does not allow the host to override those terms. The vehicle was accurately listed as a Ford Transit Cargo Van, and we’re glad to hear it was clean. We regret that its size and the airport return process did not meet your expectations.
Great van and a great price! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
