Van was an awesome decision. Ride to pigeon forge was great, but we had transmission issues and broke down on the way home. Turo made it right by getting us home safe though. Would have been 5 stars except the van breaking down.

Overall, our experience with Richard and with this Ford van was awesome! He was extremely nice, had the van all ready and cleaned up, had all paperwork and inspection ready for us to see. We went all the way to KY with 8 of us fitting comfortably with our luggage! Overall rating for us would be a 10/10! Would definitely do business with him again!
