Vehicle has great AC, rides good. The only thing is I know it was a cargo van rental, but it was not clean at all. No wash, dirty inside , even the cup holders were nasty, like literally sand .

The experience was pretty easy overall, but the onslaught of messages from the hosts, with lots of redundant messages, before and during the trip, made it difficult to know what was expected of me. It is far more information than anyone should be expected to handle. I would strongly suggest that the host change their communication strategy to give all of the important information in a single message rather than spread out over so many messages, which contain both essential and optional information. Either that or maybe just put the essential information on a webpage somewhere so guests can refer to a single master list of instructions rather than scroll through the numerous lengthy messages.

The van was great. Vehicle was Niel not too much mileage on. Pick up and drop off is very easy. The business is very responsive.
