The tire pressure light was on but it turned out to be a sensor. The host response time was very good and accommodated additional time request

Ezra was very responsive. Gave clear directions. He made sure the trip went smooth. Definitely recommend renting this van and looking forward to renting it again. It was just enough space for our family trip.
