2nd time riding Betty and she did great getting me from Chicago to Pigeon Forge and back. She rides great!! Comfort, clean and reliable. Plus she doesn’t rock like Sprinters sometimes do on the road. Everything worked too so that’s a plus! AC gets nice and cold. Overall very impressed once again.

We rented a 2014 Chevy Express for our trip. The vehicle itself got the job done, but I want to strongly warn future renters to look out for Turo’s strict "no refund" policy. We had an unexpected schedule change and contacted the owner a full week prior to our scheduled pickup time to shorten the reservation. Despite giving ample notice, the owner did not authorize a refund for the difference in days, and Turo's system locked us into paying for time we didn't use. If you book on this platform, be absolutely certain your dates will not change. There is zero flexibility or willingness to work with customers, even when you give them a week's heads-up.

I want to make it clear in regards to Turo payment. I was only paid for the time of your travel. I approved your time change and the price was adjusted on my end. I did not receive anything extra from your previously scheduled time. Your issue is with Turo not me! I did everything I could have done in my power.
