Worst experience ever. Stuck on the side of the road with a 90yo and a 3yo! This vehicle was the worst thing that happened to rentals. A true bucket. Blinker light didn't work, I fixed it myself out of pocket. Then the A/C went out on our beach trip! The owner, "tried" to help us and send us a a shady mechanic shop that forgot to tighten the ac valve after recharge and it went up in smoke. We were stuck 2.5 hours away on the side of the road and when my wife called him he said he eating and didn't have time for this. While we were stranded in that old feces of a bucket van. Dripping sweat, baby crying and waiting on a tow truck. If I could give a zero star I would. He tried yes, but he knew the outcome of that old scrap yard van when he released it, it had 150k miles and ready to go to the grave. If it's anything that left a memory in my head it was him confidently stating that van goes to Florida and back weekly. Maybe that was the problem, too many riders and the Van couldn't handle it no more. That or he knew it was on its last limb and actually wanted this outcome. Only, God knows, but I wish him the same despair as when he hung up on my wife as we sat on the side of the highway and he hung up on her. Some people sleep easy knowing they make money from their business in a right way, while others stay awake knowing they could've done more. Away from home and with 4 kids I wish that on no man, or Dad stranded looking for help knowing it won't come from the owner.

I'm sorry this happened. I understand your frustration, this situation should have been avoided.
You discovered the turn signal issue before you left. You were advised to either take the van to one of our mechanics or return it. You indicated that you would, but didn't. Then drove 7hrs to the beach with the known issue. After arriving, you contacted me to report that the A/C had not been working since before you left. 7hrs in the heat with kids. Next time please listen to your host and report al
Blend door on A/C will eventually need to be addressed. Air flows and stops every min or so. Driver side hubcap cover fell off at some point during trip.
