Pick up and drop off was very easy. It’s in a safe, well lit area. The vehicle was very clean, spacious and drove very well. Even though it’s a large vehicle, it did great on gas. Head great AC, working DVD player and bright headlights. Only negative thing I can think of is the brakes do need to be done. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend using this vehicle!

Thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. I am glad you had a good time. But to respond to your comment on the brakes-They are in good condition. I even try to explain prior to guests’ trips that the van is a larger vehicle than most people are used to driving so it doesn’t accelerate the same/as quickly and in turn, it doesn’t brake the same as a standard car. You need to make sure you drive it more like a bus and less like a small car, giving ample time for it to stop.
