Awesome other than the van having a little miss on take off things went well

The van was exactly as described. It was such a smooth ride and plenty of room for my family and all our stuff. We will absolutely be renting this again for our next vacation! Thanks Victor!

This review is based on HONESTY. I gave one star because of the price. I rented this 12 seat passenger van for a 5 hour road trip. The van had plenty of space and easily fit 5 extra large roller bags and 1 small carry on in the back (3 bags stood up and the small carry on and the other 2 were laying flat (just giving an ideal of the space in the back), not including we each had back packs that could go underneath the seats. Now my first issue was, I didn’t even know vehicles came without Bluetooth connection, but it had an auxiliary outlet with no complimentary auxiliary cords in the van. Also there where holes that appeared to be where cup holders use to be for the passengers, There was play in the steering wheel as if it needed a front end alignment, which was very scary because it was raining hard most of the way and the wind was high. It was very aggravating to constantly have to jump in and out the van to open the side door for the passengers when I wasn’t going to get out and it was storming. The host communication was awful from the beginning of the trip, (stating he was in a meeting then ask me to call back only not to answer) also at the end the communication was terrible I was dropping the van off a day early. He never answered any phone calls and took a minute to respond to my messages bad experience. I also asked about the insurance card that wasn’t present he stated I should’ve received a digital copy but TURO policy states in the US a copy of a insurance card should be in the car showing start to end date. Thank goodness nothing went wrong. As they say you get what you pay for, the price was very reasonable way cheaper than the rest. If I had it to do all over again I would’ve paid extra to get a van that was more up to date. Thankfully I had a great group of people and we kept each other entertained.

Only issues was one I read of a review the back passenger door don’t open from the inside. I asked and was told it was child lock but that’s not the case. It was a bit irritating having to keep getting out to let the passengers out at each stop. Other than that the van drove great and was very spacious for the seven of us who traveled from Texas to Orlando.

The vehicle was great but it had a little shaking to it. The host was very responsive.
