If I could leave 0 stars, I would. To start, for the money we paid we should have gotten a much nicer vehicle considering the exterior existing damage. We got this van solely for the purpose of fitting 6 people with luggage, which was a tight squeeze. One of the reviews stated the van handled steep roads with snow, we did not have the same experience; we made it all the way to our rental and were unable to make it up the 6% grade drive. We were also told that the doors which we were unable to be opened from the inside (noted from a previous review) were fixed, they were not. To add to the esthetics, there was a 12inch diameter rip in the ceiling, and the windshield was cracked in two places. We were also told that if we got the vehicle washed on the way back that we would get a $30 credit so we went 15 minutes out of our way but never received any responce to washing the vehicle, let alone the credit (lesson learned). To add to insult, we were also supposed to receive $20 back for paying for the parking lot the RENTER choose to park in where we picked the van up at, we also did not receive a penny. We initially had issues locating the vehicle, attempted multiple times to call the renter and never were able to make contact which made for a stressful pickup/start. Also we were told the ticket for parking was in a non-existent glovebox so instructions were as unreliable as the description. DO NOT REBT FROM THIS RENTER.

Sorry but Never heard a word from you until this review which is no help for either one of us. We told you to skip the car wash with the snowy weather. That van has great all season tires but we now find out you went to winter park which is way up in the steep mountains in this REAR WHEEL drive van. Guarantee you were told you needed a 4x4 to stay there. The van is a great running reliable van with great cargo space for $75/day!!! Yes $75/day not $300 like all others.

I was told via text and message that it would be fine to park the vehicle here. I received a message at 430am to
Change. The vehicle did not have the seat properly secured. The oil pressure gauge did not work. You could not open any of the doors from the inside of the vehicle except the driver door. Non of this was told to me until I picked the van up. And now I am being asked to move the van just before my flight when i returned the van into an area that was agreed upon before I did so.

Sorry about automated turo message is sent an hour before your return time. But leaving it at your hotel and take their shuttle where we personally talked about worked perfect and made it much easier for you at 5:30am. Thanks again for coming out to Colorado!!
