The van was great! Much better than going through a rental company. Perfect for our large group while on our trip to WA. Erik was very accommodating and helpful! Will keep this in mind for our next group trip.

Car quality and pickup were good. However, did not expect an extra whole day charge of $137.00 when returning 2.5 hours late due to traffic.
Hi Lihau, I’m sorry to hear about the extra charge! Turo is responsible for billing and I have no control over additional charges for trip extensions. Frankly, I often let renters return the van late as long as they let me know about it ahead of time (they might have to check out on time to avoid an additional charge).
In any case, please know that I would have gladly let you return the van a few hours late at no charge. I had no idea Turo charged so much for a small change like that.
