Excellent service. The battery got dead once during rental period and the owner quickly arranged the replacement and brought the vehicle in running shape quickly

Truck Lift-gate was not serviced prior to rental. Notified Owner about the issue towards the beginning of the trip, sent video, owner stated it was fine. During my job, lift gate failed, causing me to rent another truck and waisting work time, causing major delays.
