Pickup location and host were both great. Host was responsive and flexible as far as pickup location and return time. He also allowed us to park our vehicle on his office parking lot. Our rating of “Disappointing” is due to three vehicle issues. (1) One seat was removed due to a broken seatbelt. This would have been a problem, but we had one person not come, so not a big deal. (2) The TV worked some on the first day, but then would not turn on again. Not a huge deal but disappointing for our kids. (3) This was the main problem. We had rain several days during our trip and the van had a leak over the back bench seat. On the way home, we had about 5 hours of driving with 5 hours of hard rain. We could not sit on the back seat and since we were missing a chair, we had to have one of our kids sit on the floor. A partial refund is in order for this issue. Mechanically, everything was good; however, overall just disappointing mainly because of the leak. This made the trip back miserable.

Eric was great. Van performed well. It had 2 major leaks on our trip from the roof that got on the seats and our luggage. Got it cleaned up fast with some towels. Also the speakers went in and out a few times while we had our Roku connected. Overall good experience.
