The host was great but the driver was late. I got to the airport at 12:33pm. He was supposed to pick up at 1pm. I had to catch my flight so I parked it in short term parking. I also filled the gas tank it wasn't filled when I received the van. The driver is upset because I had to park in short parking. I had to catch my flight..
The driver would have to be there at 1:00pm not before and in fact the reservation was only until 10:00am we were the ones who supported you to lift the van until 1pm without generating any extra surcharge and we still had to pay for parking.
An apology for what happened and on the next occasion generate the changes directly in the app so that this type of confusion does not exist.
