Quick pick up. It was our first time doing Turo and he explained everything very well. Vehicle ran well just probably needed to fix the rear sensor that kept going off.

The van was great on gas. HOWEVER he brought it to the airport parking garage early and we were delayed by the airline, so we were charged $34. (the all day rate) I get it - not his fault it was delayed. But on the return, he claimed they charged him $8.50 because we took longer than 15 min. and expected us to pay him back. We came straight in, down one aisle, parked and called him. We then waited several minutes for him to show. WE did not take 15 min. Everyone was out and all luggage d by the wall while we waited for him to come out of the building. BEWARE.

Unfortunately things happen out of our control, the previous renter was hospitalized with our vehicle in another state. So it was impossible to keep this booking. We notified the renter immediately when we received the news and we apologized for their inconvenience.
Vehicle ran exceptionally well, would rent again
