Turo website and app are TERRIBLE (0 stars) Even though I have used Turo in the past, every logon required me to call customer support to get out of Verification hell. Codes were never sent to my phone or email. Get your act together Turo!

The vehicle helped fulfill our need to transport my wife in her wheelchair for the Christmas holiday. It was smaller than other mobility vehicles we have rented, we made it work for us. There were some differences with equipment, but followed the trainings in the videos provided by our hpst.
