Van was great, and Sofia provided clear video instructions for how to use the wheelchair ramp but van was not parked in the pick-up location.

Turo website and app are TERRIBLE (0 stars) Even though I have used Turo in the past, every logon required me to call customer support to get out of Verification hell. Codes were never sent to my phone or email. Get your act together Turo!
