Car vibrates a lot after 65 miles choir, needs to fix car, also fix left mirror and lateral door.

We hope you don't view this as a reflection of our business as a whole. The express van is an older car and is priced accordingly to reflect that. We have other large passenger vans that seat 14 people and are newer to our fleet. We hope you will still book with us again in the future.

Great rental experience! The pickup and return process was quick and easy. The host made everything convenient and even arrived at the return location before we did, which made returning the van completely hassle-free. The van was exactly as expected, and the communication throughout the trip was excellent. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to others.
