The vehicular was perfect- drove like a dream, great gas mileage, navigated traffic well. Vehicles no issues, all systems ran smoothly- pick up was a breeze- drop off was even easier- we will reserve this vehicle again!!!

I didn't have any problems with the van; Samanta was always there to answer all my questions. Thank you for your cooperation in returning the car ahead of schedule.

After renting this van 8 times from this host, I am done with them.
The van always and currently needs work, and the host needs an attitude adjustment.
The last straw was when the van broke down 225 miles from home. Turo said to deal directly with the host. I found a nearby repair shop and waited in their 100+ degree garage for hours until the host, who initially blamed me, finally agreed to cover the expense. I paid with my credit card and sent an invoice to the host. They refused to reimburse me, so I called Turo who immediately covered the cost. After spending over 3 hours getting their van fixed, the unapologetic attitude of the host was unacceptable.
Issues I made the host aware of:
• Filthy
• Expired registration, 2-months overdue
• 1,000+ miles maintenance overdue
• Pick-up & drop-off requires me to wait at their gated apartment complex until someone leaves, then sneak in through the exit.
• Brake assist warning light on (current for many months)
I am a big supporter of small businesses, but this one should not be dealing directly with customers.
