Got pulled over for headlight and license plate light out 3 hours into trip. The host said that both burned out on my trip. Did not receive a ticket but was unhappy with the answer received from the host. Insurance was also not able to obtained by the police when the plates. It is completely asinine to think that both blubs burned out within 3 hours of my trip.

We’re sorry for your experience and understand your frustration. The vehicle was inspected before the trip and the lights were working properly. Since this issue had been repaired before, we’ll check for an electrical problem. Regarding insurance, every Turo rental has applicable coverage during the trip; personal vehicle insurance is separate. We always strive to provide excellent service, as reflected by our All-Star Host status.
Pick up was very easy, cold A/C for those hot dallas days and communication was very easy

Far out and don’t any where for a individual to park their person vehicle. But the van was great.

Additionally, like most vehicle rental businesses, we do not provide parking for guests’ personal vehicles during their trip.
The truck smelled musky and like urine once we had it clean the smell sorta went away or was covered by the fabreeze. . The carpet was damp from the undercarriage vapor. One of the highlights went out but then started working on its own. The van did well, it served its purpose. I will still rent from this host but a different newer vehicle. The host was attentive and made up for our concerns.
