The vehicle was perfect for our needs and was easier to drive than expected. The only issue we encountered was a missing windshield wiper when driving through a storm on the way to our destination. The owners responded immediately and asked if we could get a new one on the road (which we did) and they immediately compensated us for the cost.
We will definitely use their vehicle again in the future if we need a large vehicle. Excellent customer service which is what matters most!
